Scope of application
These Terms apply to all orders for software licences and digital services placed through the website by consumers, meaning natural persons acting outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Purchases made by professional buyers (B2B) may be subject to separate conditions communicated at the time of the order. No physical products are sold through the website.
- Sale of CAD software licences (annual, multi-year or perpetual) and related renewals.
- Add-ons, modules and additional features associated with the licences.
- Digital services such as training, support, activation and configuration.
Products and services offered
Only software licences and related digital services are offered through the website. The essential characteristics of each edition (features, duration, licence type, number of seats or users, system requirements) are described on the relevant product page. Images, screenshots and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may show minor differences from the version actually supplied, except in the case of obvious errors. If you have any doubt about the specifications or compatibility, please contact customer support before completing your purchase.
Prices, taxes and additional charges
All prices on the website are shown in euro. Any applicable VAT, other indirect taxes or additional charges for optional services (e.g. configuration, training, premium support) are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed. Since the products are digital, no shipping fees apply.
- Prices may be updated at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment the order is submitted.
- Discounts, promotions or codes are subject to the conditions stated in the relevant communication.
- Optional services and add-ons are shown transparently before order confirmation.
Purchase process
The purchase process consists of the following main steps:
- Selection of the product or service and configuration of the available options.
- Adding the item to the cart and reviewing the summary.
- Entering billing, shipping and contact details.
- Selecting a payment method and accepting these Terms.
- Submitting the order and receiving the confirmation.
Order confirmation and obligation to pay
Before submitting the order you are shown a complete summary. By confirming the order, you declare that you accept these Terms and undertake to pay. The contract is considered concluded when the seller receives confirmation of payment or, in the case of deferred payment, when the order confirmation is sent by email.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted, subject to verification and possible operational limits:
- Credit and debit cards through a secure gateway.
- Bank transfer, according to the instructions provided at the time of the order.
- Other methods specified at checkout.
Digital delivery and licence activation
All products sold on the website are digital. No physical shipping is performed. Delivery takes place exclusively by electronic means, by sending the licence key, activation instructions and/or access to the manufacturer's portal to the email address provided when placing the order.
- Estimated delivery time: usually within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the order confirmation.
- Delivery channel: email to the address provided at the time of the order; please check that the address is correct and that you can receive messages from our domain.
- Release time: for some licences, release depends on the software manufacturer's systems; any delays attributable to those systems will be communicated promptly.
Manufacturer's licence terms
Use of the software is also governed by the manufacturer's End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which the customer accepts upon activation. In particular:
- The customer must comply with the usage limits of the licence purchased (duration, number of users or seats, type of use).
- The licence is personal or for the company and may not be transferred to third parties except in the cases expressly allowed by the manufacturer.
- Any breach of the EULA may result in the licence being deactivated by the manufacturer without entitlement to a refund.
Licence availability
Software licences are generally available continuously, but supply depends on the manufacturer's systems. In the event of subsequent unavailability or withdrawal of a version from the market, we will contact you promptly proposing an equivalent version or refunding in full any amount already paid.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason and without any costs other than those provided by law. However, since digital content and software licences are supplied electronically, the right of withdrawal is lost before the 14-day period when performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal (see the Exceptions section). For this reason, during the purchase process you are asked to expressly confirm that consent.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, which you can send through one of the following channels:
- Filling in and submitting the withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page.
- Sending a written communication to the email address indicated in the contact section.
- Sending a letter to the postal address of the seller indicated in the contact section.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of valid withdrawal exercised before the right is extinguished, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and in any case within the maximum period provided by law from the date on which we are informed of your decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No costs will be charged to you for the refund.
Licence deactivation in the event of withdrawal
Since the products are digital, no physical return is required. In the event of valid withdrawal, you must immediately stop using the software, uninstall it from any device on which it has been installed and not retain any copies. The licence will be deactivated or revoked through the manufacturer. The refund may be conditional on confirmation that the licence has been deactivated.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In particular for the digital products sold on this website, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with European and national consumer protection law, to contracts relating to:
- Digital content and software licences supplied on a non-tangible medium, when performance has begun with your prior express consent and your explicit acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal. Sending the licence key or activating it constitutes the start of performance.
- Services fully performed (e.g. training, configuration or support sessions actually delivered), when performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal once performance is complete.
- Software licences already activated, downloaded or used, in accordance with applicable law.
- Goods or services clearly personalised or configured to your specifications (e.g. licences issued in the name of a specific company or user).
- Activation codes, vouchers or licences already communicated when their value can be used immediately.
Activation issues or non-working licences
If the licence key does not work, is not received within the expected time or does not match the edition purchased, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We will check the issue with the software manufacturer and, depending on the case, will issue a new key, correct the licence or refund you, in accordance with applicable digital content legislation.
Statutory warranty of conformity for digital content
Consumers benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity provided by European and national legislation also for digital content and digital services. In particular, you are entitled to receive software that matches the description, is fit for the stated purpose and is supplied with any updates needed to keep it in conformity for the period set by law. In case of non-conformity, you are entitled to have conformity restored or, alternatively, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. This clause does not replace or limit those rights.
Customer support
For any request relating to your orders you can contact our customer support team using the contact details indicated in the contact section of this page. We will do our best to reply as quickly as possible during the indicated business hours.
Complaints
Any complaints can be sent in writing to the legal email address indicated in the contact section. We are committed to responding to the complaint as quickly as possible, proposing an appropriate solution where applicable.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by the law applicable based on the seller's legal entity location and by European consumer protection law. The mandatory rights granted to the consumer by the law of the country of residence, including those concerning competent jurisdiction, remain unaffected.
